Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We strongly recommend reading all information pertaining to the Shipping methods you are considering.

All free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service
All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out the same day Monday - Friday. Please check your selected shipping providers holiday schedules around any national holidays as they all have different schedules.
USPS Priority Mail
Packages are delivered in 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to Massachusetts where all of our shipments originate. USPS does not guarantee delivery in that time frame but from our experience they are almost always on time or no more than a day late.
If you need your gear fast, and want to guarantee delivery, we recommend our express options from FedEx
FedEx 2-Day - If you place your order before 12pm Monday, your order will be delivered Wednesday before 8pm.
FedEx Standard Overnight - If you place your order before 12pm Monday, your order will be delivered Tuesday before 8pm.
FedEx Priority Overnight - If you place your order before 12pm Monday, your order will be delivered Tuesday before 12pm.
FedEx Saturday Delivery - If you place an overnight order after 12pm on Thursday, it must be FedEx Priority Overnight.
FedEx is our recommended international service.
Delivery times are usually 1-2 weeks. With FedEx you will be able to track your package from door to door and their extensive network will ensure that your package never gets held up in import or export customs facilities for more than a few days. This obviously comes at a price but you will have much more control over your shipment with this option.
USPS Priority Mail International and First Class International
Delivery times can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. The main reason we recommend FedEx over either of our USPS options FedEx’s ability to track down packages once they leave the United States. USPS CAN NOT track packages once they leave the United States so if your order is held up by customs, the only option is to wait until it is cleared by your governments import services.
How do I go about returning or exchanging items?
Exchanging for a different style or size is as easy as mailing the item or items back to us with a brief note, preferably on a copy of your packing slip, letting us know what you would like us to send back to you.
If you need to return an item, please send it back to us and include your packing slip or email receipt. Note that you would like a refund, and we will process your refund as soon as we get the return.
In either case, if you do not have your packing slip or email receipt, please include your name and order # so we can track you down. If we do not have this information from you it can significantly increase the processing time of your exchange or return.
