Josh started CrossFit in the summer of 2012 after seeing the Games on TV. He had just finished college soccer and was looking for another sport to answer his desire to compete.  After deciding CrossFit was the new way of life, he realized becoming a coach was the next step. And now he realizes it has given him the ability to make a living doing what he loves; using fitness to improve the lives of all of the people that walk in his gym. 

Philosophy on Training and on Life: "Training needs to be a balance between fun and work. If it sways too far to one side your performance will suffer. I think that goes for life too,  Its easy to get wrapped up in working hard to grow your gym or business and you forget why you started it in the first place." 

Goals: "My short terms goals are to increase my gymnastic abilities and maintain my strength. Long term my goals are to make a career for myself in the NPFL and to make it to the Games in 2015."
